That's why I created my 3 month individually tailored nutrition coaching program.

The program includes 4 x 1:1 sessions where we'll discuss your goals and challenges. You will be provided with an individualised meal guide (NOT a strict diet), recipes to make healthy eating easy and delicious, and guidance to help you establish a regular exercise routine to keep things on track.

I know that managing weight loss is tough—and it doesn't just happen in the kitchen or at the gym. That's why my program includes weekly check-ins to provide additional support and accountability. This helps ensure that even when life gets busy or stressful, you'll still make time for yourself!
If you've hit perimenopause or just want to be 'Peri ready' then this program can be tailored to include strategies that will help you navigate the body changes and symptoms that come with this new transition.

Sustainable changes to your weight and well being is not something that can be accomplished in just one session. I am currently offering packages of 6 sessions with the ability to add on single sessions at the end if you feel you would benefit from additional support and accountability.
