There are so many commercial diet options available on the market today. We are drawn in by quick fixes, many of which involve eating and exercise programs which are unsustainable in the long term.
Technology changes mean we are able to get information from everywhere and anywhere. Much of it is unsupported by evidence or research and as a result, people are more confused than ever about what healthy eating actually means. I had a client once who was trying to make a healthy change by taking salads for her work lunches. The salads were not filling her up, so every lunch time she was adding in a couple of fried potato cakes from the local fish 'n chip shop. When I suggested she may find a sandwich more filling, her response was "I can't eat bread, it's unhealthy".
When we passively follow programs or diets, we are not addressing the reasons behind our unhealthy behaviours and habits. Until we address these, any 'program' we follow is only going to yield short term results.

There are no meal plans or rigorous exercise sessions to follow. This is about working with your coach to identify areas in your own life that could be improved and creating practical solutions to address them.
